The application takes less than 60 seconds — no account creation required. We just need your basic info so we can see how close you are to our clients and match you with pet sitting jobs that require minimal commute.
What you’re signing up for
You’re a W-2 employee, not a gig app. We match you with clients near your home. You choose each one. Once you say yes, that client is yours.
The job. 25-minute visits at the client’s home. Dogs, cats, and other pets. You feed, potty, walk, play, and give medication when they need it. Pets stay home. You drive to them, usually within 5 miles of where you live.
How a client gets to you. An owner books with us. We offer that household to sitters who live closest, first. You see the dates, the pets, and the pay. You say yes or no. Nobody is auto-assigned to you.
- We offer you the client. A pet owner books. We start with the closest sitter. You see the dates, the pets, and the pay. You say yes or no.
- If you say yes, they become your client. You meet them in person, go over the routine, and pick up the key. You’re the person they get the next time they travel.
- You do the visits. When they book again, those visits come to you. You see the dollar amount before you accept each reservation.
- If you can’t make a visit, we line up a backup. Tell us. We find the cover. The client still stays yours. When you’re back, you’re their sitter again.
You need to be AVAILABLE 7 days/week, but you won’t WORK 7 days/week. Clients travel sporadically — maybe you work 3 days one week, 5 days the next, then 1 day the following week. As long as you have the flexibility to cover mornings, middays, and evenings when clients need you, we’ll work around your life!
Pay
Starting pay
$12.50+ for a 25-minute visit
One or two pets, within 5 miles. Client meetings, key trips, and backup meetings are the same $12.50.
That’s about $25 per hour of visit time. Visits aren’t always back-to-back — you might have one in the morning and another midday. That’s why we keep your clients close to home. If you’ve got a flexible schedule and like the idea of short trips near your house, this setup is a great fit.
Then it goes up, per visit. Three visits in a day is three times the extras.

- We know where you are and which pet you’re with. There is always someone to call.
- Homes and pets throw surprises. When something comes up, you call us and we handle it together.
- Every pet is screened before it’s booked. You meet each one before you say yes. We do not take aggressive or difficult animals.
- Need a day off? Tell us. We find the backup, not you.
Where we hire
Sitters live near the homes they visit. We are hiring in Allen, Plano, Dallas, Frisco, Irving, Keller, Addison, Coppell, Prosper, McKinney, Arlington, Grapevine, Carrollton, Fort Worth, Lewisville, Richardson, Flower Mound, Southlake, University Park, and Colleyville.

We pay you for client meetings, key pickup/drop-off trips, and regardless of whether we collect payment from the client. As an employee, you are covered by our company’s liability insurance.
This is an employee position. We deduct taxes from your paychecks and pay your Social Security and Medicare taxes for you, and we provide you with a W2 form at the end of the year.
