We use software to monitor all our pet sitters and have established an Emergency Protocol if your pet sitter can’t do a visit.

Prices can vary a little with visit length, location and your pet’s needs, so we confirm a custom quote at your free meet-and-greet — before you commit to anything.
Free initial consultation
- We stand by the quality of pet care and want to make it a risk-free experience for you.
- Please let us know when you would like to meet with your pet sitter so that we can arrange the initial consultation.
- You do not have to submit your payment information or give us your key before your free meet-and-greet.
- We’ll wait until you’ve met with your pet sitter and are 100% sure you want to use us.
How billing works
- You never pay before care is provided.
- Once you’ve met your pet sitter and confirmed your booking, a card on file secures your dates — nothing is charged until visits are completed.
- Weekly dog walking clients are billed every Friday, and reservations over $1,000 follow the same Friday billing for completed visits, with any remaining balance processed after your final visit. Every charge comes with an itemized receipt.
Keys
- Most of our clients prefer us to keep their key on file. That way, we can accommodate their future service reservations instantly.
- We will label your key and store it in a safe locked place between the assignments. We don’t list people’s names or addresses on our labels.
- You are welcome to provide us with a lock box if you wish.
- We are also comfortable with keyless entry. The pet sitter you meet will be the only person with access to your house.
- We are also happy to pick up and drop off your keys every time. That carries a small trip charge, listed under add-ons above, to cover your sitter’s gas and travel time.
- Please know that we are happy to do whatever it takes to accommodate your personal preference.
