Cat sitting in Frisco

There is no reason to move a cat in order to look after her. Frisco sitters give medication, insulin shots, sub-q fluids and asthma inhalers on site. Each visit is 25 minutes: water, food in the amount you portion, a clean litter box, a bit of play, and a proper look at how she seems. You get a photo.

Ruff Range Dog Park — A Frisco favorite. Large fenced areas for big and small dogs, water stations, poop stations, and shaded benches. Thick grass and plenty of room for your dog to run, and our sitters will happily tell you it is the best off-leash option in the city. Remember that all dogs need up-to-date vaccinations. We don’t do off-leash parks on the clock, though — even here. If you want off-leash time at Ruff Range, that’s a visit you do together.

Cannaday Trail — A beautiful paved trail system winding through Frisco’s neighborhoods. Great for leashed dog walks with scenic views and creek crossings. Connects to several Frisco parks and is a go-to for our daily dog walking clients.

My neighborhood is gated with an HOA and a call box. Is that a problem?

No, and in Frisco’s master-planned neighborhoods it is the normal setup. Gate codes, call box directories, clicker access, visitor registration and amenity-center gates all get recorded at the meet-and-greet, so the sitter is not sitting at a keypad trying to reach you. If your HOA requires vendors to be registered with management, tell us early and we will get it handled before the first visit.

Where do your sitters walk dogs in Frisco?

Cannaday Trail carries most of it — a paved system winding through the neighborhoods with scenic stretches and creek crossings, and it connects to several Frisco parks, which makes it the go-to for our daily dog walking clients. Grand Park is one of the newer ones, with open green space, walking trails and a genuinely community feel. Wade Park works when you want something other than a neighborhood loop.

My dog does not cope well with crowds. Anywhere quieter?

Limestone Quarry Park. It has natural limestone features, walking paths and open areas, and it is noticeably less crowded than Ruff Range, which makes it the better choice for a dog who prefers a calm environment. For a reactive or elderly dog it beats anywhere with a lot of foot traffic.

Will my sitter take my dog to Ruff Range?

No. Ruff Range is the best off-leash option in the city — large fenced areas divided for big and small dogs, water stations, waste stations, shaded benches and thick grass — but we keep client dogs leashed on every paid visit. If you take him yourself, all dogs need up-to-date vaccinations. Off-leash time there is a trip for the two of you.

Is anything about this a drop-off service?

Only on a leash with your sitter. There is no boarding facility, no daycare drop-off and no van. Feeding, water, litter, medication, a walk from your own door, real time with your animals and a look over the house all happen where they live, and the sitter locks up on the way out.

Can we meet the sitter first?

Yes. The in-home consultation is free, there is no obligation, and you will know exactly who is caring for your pets before you book a visit. She meets your animals, learns the gate and alarm arrangement, and writes your routine down while you talk her through it.

Who is coming into my house?
