Dear pet lovers!
I would like to introduce you to one of our new hires, Frederic Milliken. He is our pet sitter in Rowlett, Garland, Rockwall, and also covers some areas of East Dallas.
Fred joined our team in January 2019. But this is not your typical employee/employer relationship. We do things little differently here at DFW Pet Sitting Services.
Our goal is to create the perfect job for any pet lover out there.
Some people are busier than others, and we approach everyone differently. We hire single parents, empty-nesters, retirees, self-employed, online college students, rescue workers, you name it. We don’t hire seasonal workers. Everyone who joins our team is committed to caring for their clients’ pets long term. Everyone understands that it’s as-needed on-call employment.
We have a very streamlined system of signing up clients and employees. But we are also very involved with everyone on a very personal level. By letting people do what they love, we also are letting their light shine in their own individual way.

Fred happens to be a freelance video producer. He generously offered to produce a video highlighting his pet sitting experience with our company. Of course, I said YES!
But when I viewed his 9-minute video, my heart was melting. He creatively and artistically described one of his clients’ dogs, Pei Wei. It’s a senior dog, blind in one eye, with a very timid personality. But as time went on, Pei Wei connected with Frederic in a very surreal and meaningful way. You know, how sometimes you can just “see” and “feel” another being? When your hearts connect. The world stops around you. When you just know that it’s pure love that you are experiencing.

The kindness of his heart oozes from his every word. I was impressed with the quality of his production, his speech, and how much these pets he cares for mean to him.
Frederic is speaking very kindly about his experience working with our company. That means more than I can express in words. I’ve always worked so hard to make myself and my company better every day. And it warms my heart knowing that people find it fulfilling working here. I am so happy to know that others share my love for animals and my passion to find that human/pet connection in our daily experiences.
